This Day

So I have been trying to get back into being a good creative team member since I was such a slacker in December on the digi-scrap stuff….and this new kit came out today at Funky Playground:

And when I looked at it, it seriously reminded me of my grandma who recently passed away…those were some of her favorite colors and it has a little bit of a retro feel, so I thought I’d do a page about some of my memories of her.

Bummed

No more Sweet Tomato Designs.  I’m so sad.  It’s really bummed me out…here’s my last design with her stuff.  You can still watch her blog though, she said she may occasionally post free templates.  =) 

This template was in her 365 Templates Pack and I’m definitely hanging on to all this stuff from my time with the team.  LOL.  Must back up all my files just in case.  haha. 

Anyways, this page is K-man’s field trip and I used Beach Cantina by Sweet Tomato and Dominic Designs (I think)

Chores/Routine

Here's what I've been working on...these are using Danielle Corbitt's Recyled Art Kit....this is the first one that I've gotten the photos in...I'm working on the others but I need the photos before they're finished.

What do you think...wouldn't cards like this make you wanna do your chores?


These are in 4x6 size and I'm gonna get them printed as regular photos and then laminate them into cards and either put them on a binder ring or fix some kind of hooks for them to hang on. I've got more, but not finished yet, so I'll post some of the others when I get them done. =)
